What to expect:
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including CPF, tax submissions, and payroll processing using SAP.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, headcount reports, reconciliations, and finance-related payroll documentation.
- Process employee claims, statutory leave claims, and government-paid leave schemes while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with Finance, auditors, employees, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and support audit exercises.
- Maintain payroll records and support system enhancements, issue resolution, and other HR operational initiatives.
Who we are looking for:
- Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in payroll and/or HR operations support.
- Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
