About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to cover a maternity leave and hit the ground running. You'll own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Tefal across digital and traditional channels — from social media and paid media to in-store activations and events — with a focus on building brand awareness, shaping perception, and driving sales.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, channel, and retail marketing. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and retail partners to ensure every consumer touchpoint is on-brand and effective.


What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute integrated through-the-line campaigns spanning digital, ATL, BTL, social media, promotions, sponsorships, activations, and events

  • Manage creative agency relationships and ensure campaign delivery is on brief, on time, and on budget

  • Lead media planning for new product launches and ongoing sustenance programs, optimising spend for impact and ROI

  • Ensure brand identity compliance across all marketing communications and retail touchpoints, including in-store POS

  • Support planning and execution of sales events, covering sourcing, logistics, communications, and collateral

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, tracking expenditure against approvals and flagging variances early

  • Produce clear, insight-driven performance reports across digital platforms, translating data into actionable recommendations

  • Contribute to annual marketing planning and budgeting


What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in consumer and/or retail marketing

  • Proven track record managing integrated digital campaigns with measurable results

  • Solid hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok platforms

  • Strong budget management and media planning skills

  • Sharp written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or basic design tools (e.g. Photoshop) is a plus

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
