About the role

Kindred Family Clinic (Kovan) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in the Kovan North-East Region. We are a GP Clinic with aesthetic services. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and patient-centred operations of our clinic. This is a full-time position within our vibrant and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional front-desk support, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and general customer service

2. Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming environment

3. Supporting the clinical team by performing administrative tasks, such as CHAS/MHCP/TPA claims, inventory management, and order processing

4. Serving as a knowledgeable and empathetic point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism.

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-service or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians, and colleagues in a warm and professional manner

3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

4. Proficiency in using medical software (preferably Plato), proficiency in administering claims for TPAs and MHCP.

5. A genuine interest, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
