Customer Services Executive (15 Months Contract, Convertible to Perm) - #1163315

Main Activities:
Manage customer orders and coordinate between customers and workshop to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Administer customer accounts, including ERP contract administration
Understand customer requirements and translate them into operational fulfillment actions.
Ensure customer order statuses and weekly reports are accurately generated, updated, and maintained.
Maintain regular communication with assigned customers and conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews.
Develop alternative solutions and make decisions to ensure on-time order delivery that meets customer requirements.
Coordinate and clarify technical and commercial queries with relevant internal departments.
Proactively update customers on order progress, especially regarding delays or critical parts.
Consolidate technical quotations, prepare business quotations, and send them to customers through the ERP system.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the order fulfillment process by analyzing operational metrics and providing recommendations to improve profitability and margins.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Job requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field or industry.
No prior work experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
Strong work ethics, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated individual with initiative to contribute ideas and improve existing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English.
