Material Handler perform daily operation tasks in warehouse on receiving, store inspection, binning, goods issue, stock take, scrap part mutilation and shipping of parts. A material handler also involve tool crib control function in managing of the tooling to support the production and the calibration management of the Test, Measurement, & Diagnostic equipment (TMDE).
Responsibilities
1. Perform warehouse function in receiving, QC inspection, issuing, picking and shipping of parts with accuracy, on-time and in accordance with instructions in MOE and company’s policy.
2. Perform warehouse function work with proper planning & prioritise work and process timely, effectively and accurately. AOG orders should be receipted within 3 hours, parts for workorders should be receipted within 8 hours and stock orders should be receipted within 72 hours.
3. Ensure the accuracy of invoices, freight charges and warehouse materials. And assist purchaser/ finance department in invoice process.
4. Perform annual stock take to ensure the stock is well managed and processes are complied.
5. Provide ongoing support, assistance to department and assist other plant’s material handler within the company network.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement to operations
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
You must have Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Warehouse or equivalent
You should possess at least 3 years of Aviation Experience in the in warehouse function.
You should have Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, advanced knowledge of computer systems, processes, procedures and policies
You should have interpersonal skills necessary to establish to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
You should possessed planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
You have Dangerous goods certification, L11 certification, IATA & Incoterms familiarity, Material handling/forklift license, Basic Human factors skills, Part 145 familiarity, OH&S expertise and First Aid Certifcate.
