About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer (Retail / Shopping Mall). In this role, you will be the key point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a seamless mall experience
What You Will Be Doing
Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact
Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries, requests, and feedback
Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns
Handle voucher sales and redemptions
Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions
Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall
Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Able to work on a 6-day rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
Minimum 1 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services
Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
