Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,200 per month

Transport: Company transport provided from selected North and East locations

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inventory, materials, and parts to support production schedules and operational requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials and components.

• Process and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules.

• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliveries.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.

• Perform inventory control activities, including stock monitoring, cycle counts, and record maintenance.

• Support receiving, picking, packing, and stock movement activities when required.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.

• Relevant experience in inventory planning, logistics, warehouse operations, storekeeping, or related fields will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
