The Assistant Manager, Finance will play a crucial role in managing financial processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support the organization's financial goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes
Prepare monthly closing, financial statements and management reports timely and accurately
Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting
Ensure all bank reconciliations are being completed accurately and in a timely manner
Manage actual and forecast cash flow
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
