Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Deliver and/or Lead mechanical building services (HVAC/ACMV) designs across diverse building projects

· Undertake and progressively lead engineering tasks with increasing complexity, applying strong technical judgement and problem-solving capability

· Prepare and review technical deliverables including reports, specifications, calculations, tender documents and proposals

· Coordinate across disciplines and external consultants to ensure design integration, quality assurance and constructability

· Support project delivery from concept and detailed design through to construction and commissioning, focusing on quality and client outcomes

· Collaborate and Engage with clients, sub-consultants, contractors and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve issues early

· Liaise with relevant authorities on submissions, approvals and regulatory compliance (Singapore)

· Champion excellence and compliance with project requirement and standards and excellence by reviewing and assessing designs prepared by others.

· Provide guidance or mentorship to junior engineers and support team capability development

Key Requirements

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)

· 4–6 years of relevant experience in a building services consultancy environment

· Experience in leading or supporting design and design management for projects in healthcare, commercial and/or institutional sectors

· Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

· Proficient in relevant engineering tools and BIM platforms (e.g. Revit, Navisworks)

· Solid capability in HVAC/ACMV engineering design and technical coordination

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable engaging with stakeholders

· Ability to work independently with initiative, while contributing effectively within a team environment

· Organised, accountable, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team

· A client-focused, delivery-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style
