About the role

Robin Village Development Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified Lifting Supervisor to join our construction team on a full-time basis. This position is based in the Tuas West Region and is essential to ensuring safe, efficient and compliant lifting operations across our construction projects. As Lifting Supervisor, you will take direct responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all lifting activities on site, ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental standards. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to zero-harm culture and represents a key position within our Health, Safety and Environment management structure.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site

• Ensure lifting activities are carried out according to approved lifting plans and safety procedures

• Conduct pre-lift inspections and safety checks on lifting equipment and accessories

• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and site personnel during lifting activities

• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements

• Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures

• Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate lifting instructions clearly to workers

• Stop unsafe lifting operations when necessary

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to lifting activities

• Work closely with site supervisors and project teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in lifting operations or construction-related supervision

• Possess valid WSQ / MOM-recognised Lifting Supervisor certification

• Possess valid Rigger and Signalman certification

• Possess valid Manage Work At Height (MWAH) certification

• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and lifting procedures in Singapore

• Able to read and understand lifting plans and work instructions

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work well with teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete or construction industry will be an advantage

• Additional WSH-related certifications are an added advantage
