Job Scopes:

• Liaise with airlines, terminals and contractors for timely cargo clearance and delivery

• Prepare import permits and related shipping documents

• Coordinate cargo arrivals and ensure smooth clearance processes

• Coordinate shipment progress and keep customers updated

• Arrange delivery orders (D/O) and coordinate transport activities

• Support warehouse and documentation operations as required

• Process billing and maintain accurate records

Job Requirements:

• Minimum secondary qualification

• 1 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge on MAWB/HAWB, permits and customs clearance

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
