Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of equipment and components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

• Install, configure, align, and integrate machinery, automation systems, robotic equipment, and sub-assemblies.

• Conduct functional testing, vacuum leak testing, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly and equipment-related issues to support operational efficiency.

• Ensure production schedules and performance targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Comply with workplace safety policies, quality procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, assembly procedures, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience in equipment assembly, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.

• Strong technical aptitude with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
