QC Inspector / Production Technician (Semiconductor / Electronics Components) - #1163155

Summary:

• Basic salary: $2200 - $3000

• 5 Days, 8:30am to 5:30pm / 12 hours shift works 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am (3,4,4,3)

QC Inspector - 5 Days (North East)

Job Scope:

• Carry out visual inspection for incoming and outgoing electronic parts

• Use magnifying scope and digital caliper to check part condition and measurements

• Search and refer to product datasheets using manufacturer websites and tools like Z2Data

• Verify part markings, labels, and history against company database

• Decode manufacturing date codes based on datasheets and records

• Follow up on bin check requests when required

• Identify any defects or mismatches and report them via standard discrepancy email/report

• Re-label and re-pack components using A2 labels according to Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) requirements

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE O Level in any qualification

• Candidate with QA/QC experience will be an added advantage

• Experience using microscope and inspection tools such as a caliper, multimeter, or similar equipment.

• Able to read and understand electronic component datasheets, labels, and markings.

Production Technician - 12 hours shift (East)

Job Scope

• Operate and handle testing machines in the clean room environment.

• Perform test, marking, scanning, and packing processes according to work instructions.

• Ensure product quality, production output, and operational efficiency are maintained.

• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and manufacturing guidelines at all times.

• Support shift operations, continuous improvement activities, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
