Fund Services Specialist( Banking/ West) - #1163139

Job responsibilities:

• Record investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers

• Maintain accurate, updated register of investors for funds and issue Transfer Agency reports

• Perform investor screening

• Assist in FATCA CRS reporting

Job requirements:

• Relevant internship experience in financial services, fund administration, or banking will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of investment funds, financial markets, or transfer agency operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn regulatory requirements, including investor screening, FATCA, and CRS reporting.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop a career in fund administration or investor services
