The Role
The People Services Executive will be a core part of the Mobility & People Services function and assist with processes that support the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. The Executive will collaborate with other team members and various departments to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and enhance overall response quality and timelines.
Mobility:
Immigration management for Singapore (in-house):
Work Pass application submission, tracking, issuance
EP application submission, tracking, issuance (as back up)
6 monthly medical tracking
Address compliance
Work Pass renewal tracking and issuance
Assignment services initiation to Mobility Vendor for all new relocations (outsourced)
Invoice management and team administration
Ad hoc projects (as needed)
People Services:
Conduct weekly new hire onboarding for store team members reliably
Manage Long Service award processes
Manage Baby Voucher process
Other lifecycle processes as requested
Local Compliance: Support with regulatory requirements in retail such as WICA claims filing, appeals for WICA cases, MoM survey responses, ESG reporting, data management reporting, and other such reporting requirements.
Digitization Initiatives: Support Assistant Manager/Head of People Services on digitization of current processes (MS Forms, automating work-flows, etc.).
Testing/Implementation support for P&C technology: When new technology initiatives are rolled out, support with testing, consolidation of feedback, revision to workflows and other required support.
Cyclical activities: Support letter preparation and system updates for bulk activities such as Annual salary reviews, Progressive wage model (PWM), Post Retirement processes and other similar activities with great attention to detail and target 100% accuracy.
Back-Up support: Be the cover for Senior Executive, People Services role and support each other as a team during time off.
Ad-hoc projects: Aside from the above, any other tasks requested for support from Assistant Manager/Head of People Services.
About You
Minimum 1-2 years' of relevant work experience handling people operations / work pass applications
Must be organized and meticulous and able to manage workload independently.
Confident & clear communication skills
Experience working within MoM systems like WPOL, EPOL is a plus.
