About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join U Gateway Pte. Ltd. in the beauty industry. This is a full-time position based in the Jurong East West Region, offering an exciting opportunity to build relationships with clients and drive sales growth in a dynamic market. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of our beauty brand, engaging directly with customers and prospects to promote our products and services. This role is essential to our commercial success, allowing you to work independently whilst contributing to our team's ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory in the Jurong East West Region

2. Conduct field visits to potential clients and existing customers to showcase beauty products and services

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

4. Present product features, benefits and pricing to prospective clients in a persuasive and professional manner

5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

6. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, quotations and order documentation

7. Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to inform business strategy

8. Attend industry events, trade shows and promotional activities to expand brand awareness

9. Provide excellent after-sales customer service and support

10. Collaborate with the internal sales team to coordinate campaigns and maximise sales opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in outdoor sales or field sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics or consumer goods industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele

3. Self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

4. Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage territory and prioritise activities effectively

5. Product knowledge of beauty industry trends, products and competitor offerings

6. Valid driving license and own transport for field visits across the Jurong East West Region

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining accountability

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings or events

10. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role or industry

11. Diploma or higher qualification in marketing, sales or a related field (preferred)
