Manage full recruitment process, partnering with the discipline managers on the manpower request and job descriptions and provide adequate support in talent sourcing.
Handle work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance arrangement.
Maintain a smooth employee on boarding and off-boarding process.
To monitor daily HR operations actives & ensure smooth HR delivery.
Support training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
Maintain all HR records up to date with high accuracy and conformity.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Candidates with stronger experience may be considered at a higher designation
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferrable 1-2 years of Construction industry background
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and some problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
Able to communicate effectively with overseas clients based in China.
