• Position: Regional Business Administration / Assistant Manager (Building Automation/ HVAC)

  Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7500 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Develop and Manufacture an extensive range of building automation products

Main Responsibilities:

• Support regional sales development for Building Automation Solutions across APAC.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies and action plans.

• Provide pre-sales, proposal, technical and customer engagement support with affiliate sales teams.

• Gather customer requirements, market intelligence and competitor insights for management reporting.

• Support sales toolkit creation, brand-building activities, tradeshows and regional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualification.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or business development.

• Background in BMS, building automation, HVAC controls or monitoring/control systems preferred.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation and regional coordination skills.
