About the role
Join a leading financial institution's customer contact centre and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking customer-focused individuals with excellent communication skills to support customers with their banking enquiries and service requests.
Key responsibilities
Deliver personalised and professional customer service over the telephone for banking products, accounts, and service enquiries
Understand customers' needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance
Handle customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining service quality and compliance standards
Identify and recommend relevant banking products and services during customer interactions
Consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or trends for service improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Adhere to operational procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements
About you
Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in customer service, contact centre, call centre, banking, retail, hospitality, or service-related industries is advantageous
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and PM shifts
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Banking or financial services experience will be an added advantage
