Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing contracts, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's security services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security industry.
Generate leads and conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Attend networking events and industry exhibitions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience, preferably in the security industry.
Strong knowledge of security services, security technology, and manpower solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Possess strong networking and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
Experience in security guarding services, integrated security systems, CCTV, access control, and security technology solutions.
Existing network with commercial, industrial, and government clients.
Salary Range
Basic Salary: SGD $4,500 – $7,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission and performance incentives may apply.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New contracts secured.
Revenue growth and sales targets achieved.
Client retention rate.
Number of new clients acquired.
Tender success rate.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
