Project Coordinator (Class 3 License/ Training Provided) JL18 - #1163121

Location: Tampines

Class 3 license required

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation (drawings, submissions, RFIs, reports)

• Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met

• Assist with procurement (RFQs, purchase orders, delivery tracking)

• Liaise with site teams to gather progress updates and reports

• Support submission and approval processes with clients/consultants

• Ensure proper filing and document control

• Perform general project administrative duties

Requirements

• 1 years of relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
