Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Business Support
Support Location Managers and Country HR teams in the execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure alignment of regional HR practices with global policies and local labour laws
Assist in workforce planning, including manpower reviews and HR reporting
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and background checks
Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring processes
Support regional employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
Employee Engagement & Relations
Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and engagement initiatives
Assist in change management and organizational development efforts
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and basic counselling support
Compensation, Benefits & Learning & Development
Support performance management processes, including annual appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, and job levelling exercises
Assist in compensation benchmarking and market salary surveys
Coordinate training programs, learning initiatives, and employee development activities
HR Administration & Reporting
Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, workforce metrics)
Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and documentation
Support HR systems updates and ensure data integrity
CSR, Compliance & Workplace Safety
Assist in the implementation of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and requirements
Support CSR audit preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions
Monitor workplace health, safety, and compliance in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Possess Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, C&B, training)
Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Proficient in HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office, with a data-driven mindset
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
