Job Summary

MAG and/or its subsidiaries seek a senior multimedia, UX / UI designer, design and branding Lead or senior art director to lead and execute integrated communication campaigns, branding, videos and digital content development, driving impactful marketing outcomes across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated communication campaigns, branding (including corporate identity), social media, digital campaigns, and through-the-line materials such as brochures, web banners, social media posts, websites, annual reports, and key visuals

• Collaborate with copywriters and developers to deliver cohesive creative solutions aligned with marketing briefs and objectives

• Develop digital imaging content using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency

• Create branding videos and animatics using AI tools to support campaign storytelling

• Apply advanced Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, XD, and Premiere Pro skills to produce high-quality multimedia content from brief to final delivery

• Develop key messages for integrated campaigns by applying strong marketing fundamentals and storytelling techniques

• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with speed and meticulous attention to detail

• Support team members collaboratively, including providing functional assistance when required

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the creative team to achieve business goals and foster professional growth

• Drive pitch-winning creative strategies while managing day-to-day client work across sectors such as property, automotive, financial, government, and FMCG

• Utilize outstanding typography, editorial layout, crafting, and graphic design skills to produce aesthetically compelling work

• Embrace challenges and contribute to business growth through innovative and strategic creative leadership

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital, design (Through-the line), creative, and/or advertising agency environment

• A strategic thinker who will research throughly to understand the product, its competitors, target audience and market place.

• A bold and creative designer

• Fast and yet meticulous

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on property, automotive, financial government, and FMCG accounts

• Experience in UX and UI design

• Proven track record of winning pitches

• Creative awards winners
