Lead driver recruitment and activation across delivery riders, drivers, and managed fleet manpower

Manage the full hiring funnel: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, training, activation, and retention

Build repeatable systems and workflows to scale driver hiring and manpower coordination efficiently

Manage driver roster planning, roll calls, attendance, standby coverage, and daily deployment readiness

Assign drivers to jobs based on operational priorities, client requirements, and route optimisation workflows

Ensure manpower, vehicle readiness, documentation, and ground operations are in place for daily service delivery

Monitor fill rates, no-show rates, churn, activation conversion, utilisation, and manpower reliability

Work closely with operations, customer support, and tech/product teams to forecast demand and improve execution

Improve recruitment and fleet coordination using dashboards, automation, AI agents, and internal systems

Ensure drivers comply with SOPs, service quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies, and escalate risks early before operations are affected
