BSM Engineering and Construction
1. Sales Support
Support sales team in daily sales and business development activities.
Prepare quotations, service agreements, and sales proposals for subcontract work services.
Assist in tender submissions and customer documentation.
Follow up on sales inquiries and new business opportunities.
2. Client Coordination
Handle client inquiries regarding subcontract work requirements.
Understand client needs such as worker quantity, job scope, and deployment schedule.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely support.
Coordinate service requirements with customers.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and payment matters.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide prompt support.
3. Worker Deployment Coordination
Coordinate with operations and HR team for worker deployment.
Ensure workers are assigned based on project requirements.
Monitor deployment schedules, attendance, and replacements if needed.
Assist in arranging urgent worker if any project requests.
4. Documentation & Contract Management
Prepare service contracts, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintain proper records of client contracts and service agreements.
Ensure all sales and worker documents are accurate and updated.
Track contract renewal dates and service periods.
Maintain proper filing of sales records and documents.
Update customer database and sales reports.
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
5. Billing & Payment Follow-Up
Prepare monthly billing based on deployed worker.
Coordinate with accounts team on invoicing and payment collection.
Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
Ensure accurate billing records.
Assist in preparing sales-related reports.
6. Reporting & Record Keeping
Maintain client database and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor manpower utilization and client service records.
Generate management reports when required.
7. Administrative Support
Coordinate meetings and client appointments.
Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
Assist with general administrative duties related to sales operations.
8. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal departments such as accounts, warehouse, logistics, and operations.
Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
Follow up on pending orders and backorders.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in Quick book and Xero/accounting software is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of quotations, contracts, invoicing, and billing.
Knowledge of Singapore manpower industry is an advantage.
