Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Manufacturing / 5 days) / $6K-$6.5K - #1162978

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient inventory management, storage, and distribution activities.

• Plan, organize, and supervise inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and operational requirements.

• Manage inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.

• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage layouts for operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely and accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational challenges.

• Manage logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

• Support business growth initiatives by improving warehouse capabilities and logistics processes.

• Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of warehouse transactions.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering

• Min 7-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
