  • Support children in areas such as emotional regulation, resilience, peer relationships, school adjustment, self-esteem, and social-emotional development.

  • Facilitate small group sessions, mentoring activities, and structured programmes for children from low-income or at-risk backgrounds.

  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes, assessment records, intervention plans, reports, and programme documentation.

  • Prepare social reports, progress updates, and internal case summaries when required.

  • Participate in supervision, case discussions, inter-agency meetings, and professional development.

  • Uphold confidentiality, professional boundaries, safeguarding standards, and ethical social work practice.

6. Stakeholder and Community Collaboration

  • Liaise with schools, Family Service Centres, Social Service Offices, healthcare providers, community partners, churches, volunteers, and other relevant agencies.

  • Coordinate referrals and ensure families are linked to appropriate resources and support systems.

  • Represent WSC professionally in inter-agency discussions and community partnerships.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal, engagement, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of child development, family systems, trauma-informed practice, parenting support, or safeguarding.
