Junior Experience Associate / Guest Experience Associate - #1162923

Keepers Cove is a private family event venue in Seletar, designed for birthdays, celebrations, and intimate gatherings. We are looking for a warm, responsible, and detail-oriented Experience Associate to help manage our guest journey from first enquiry to event day.

This is a customer-facing role suited for someone who enjoys communicating with people, keeping things organised, and making families feel well taken care of.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will help with:

• Replying to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

• Sharing our packages, rates, and venue information clearly

• Scheduling and coordinating viewings

• Following up with potential clients

• Maintaining the booking and enquiry tracker

• Helping clients understand event details, house rules, and add-ons

• Supporting event-day guest experience and simple coordination

• Liaising with vendors and guests during bookings when needed

• Preparing simple pre-event notes and handover details

• Flagging unusual requests or issues to the management team

During quieter periods, you may also assist with housekeeping, venue preparation, simple packing, and basic event-readiness checks.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, polite, and clear in communication

• Comfortable speaking with children, parents, families, and vendors

• Good with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools

• Reliable and responsive

• Able to work independently after training

• Calm when handling small (or big) issues

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Comfortable working weekends & public holidays

• Willing to be hands-on when needed

Prior experience in events, hospitality, customer service, preschool admin, retail, front desk, or enrichment centres would be helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Nice to have:
First Aid / CPR certification, Class 3 or 3A driving licence, or other relevant certifications, skills, or experience that would be helpful in a family event venue setting.

Compensation

Salary will depend on experience, availability, and whether the role is full-time or part-time.
