About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Intergateway Freight Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Sales Executive. This exciting role is based in the Tampines East Region and will involve growing our client base and driving revenue for the business. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities, while providing excellent customer service to our existing customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation activities

2. Qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into new customers

3. Focused on proactively sourcing and acquiring new customers

4. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

5. Providing timely and effective customer support to ensure a positive customer experience

6. Collaborating with the wider sales and operations team to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers

7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services to provide valuable insights to customers

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in sales or freight/logistics industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and objections

4. A driven and target-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

5. A team player who is willing to collaborate with cross-functional departments

6. Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
