You will support the planning, development, and execution of community-based prevention programmes under Regional Health System (RHS), with primary focus on Level 2 Functional Screening follow-up services and Community Hearing Clinic operations.
This role involves coordinating community-based preventive health initiatives, including engaging community partners, supporting outreach and publicity efforts, and overseeing screening follow-up care as well as Community Hearing Clinic workflows. Reporting to the Reporting officer/Assistant Director of the Health Promotion & Disease Prevention (HPDP), the position provides operational and administrative support to ensure quality service delivery across both initiatives and broader community health programmes.
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior AMs in the planning and execution of preventive health projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation
Participate in the planning and execution of Level 2 Functional Screening follow-up services and Community Hearing Clinic operations under Project Silver Screen (PSS), ensuring seamless implementation and coordination
Manage backend operations for Community Hearing Clinics while developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and referral workflows.
Collaborate with SingHealth stakeholders, healthcare agencies, community partners, and internal departments to secure manpower, equipment, and logistics support for clinic operations and intervention programmes
Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for Community Hearing Clinics and CGH-led community health projects, ensuring proper documentation of patient care and service delivery
Work closely with the IT department to optimise system functionality for clinic operations, ensuring accurate capture of patient data and precise generation of health reports
Support the planning and implementation of publicity and outreach strategies to drive awareness of Community Hearing Clinic services in the Eastern region
Coordinate procurement processes for hearing aids and other essential equipment in collaboration with allied health professionals
Assist in systematic data collection and analysis for clinic operations and programme evaluation purposes
Assist in generating performance reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both Community Hearing Clinics and functional screening services
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or social service-related industry
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
