Job Scope:

1. Support the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender documents.

2. Perform accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimations for M&E services.

3. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain and evaluate competitive quotations.

4. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), technical data, and unit rates in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate closely with subcontractors and vendors to manage project costs and requirements.

6. Manage procurement and sourcing activities to ensure budget and technical alignment.

Requirements:
