Job Scope:

Lead daily operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day workflow of the team.
Manage and mentor teams: Guide, support, and supervise the maintenance staff.
Handle client communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Implement risk management: Create and enforce safety and risk mitigation protocols.
Provide team training: Conduct onboarding and on-the-job training for maintenance staff.
Drive financial revenue: Stay accountable for maintenance and repair profitability.

Job Requirement:
