Job Responsibilities
Support the supervision of daily call centre operations to ensure timely handling of customer enquiries and appointments
Manage customer interactions through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms while delivering excellent service experiences
Coordinate appointment bookings, rescheduling requests, and customer records with a high level of accuracy
Assist in resolving customer feedback and service-related issues while maintaining strong customer relationships
Coach and support team members, monitor service standards, and contribute to achieving operational and business objectives
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre, customer relations, or team leadership roles
Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or service-related industries will be advantageous
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
Proficient in computer applications, CRM systems, or appointment scheduling platforms
Able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively within a team environment
