Summary:

Oversees on-site building construction, managing daily activities, ensuring adherence to plans and safety regulations, coordinating with teams, solving technical problems, and monitoring progress to complete the project on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include site inspections, material management, budget and schedule management, quality control, and detailed documentation and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities and work crews on the construction site.

• Ensure that construction work adheres strictly to design specifications and quality standards.

• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they meet contractual obligations.

• Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources effectively.

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine feasibility and identify site-specific needs

• Provide technical advice and resolve technical difficulties that arise during construction.

• Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to construction workers.

• Manage material procurement, verifying quality and suitability.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and final site reports, documenting progress, issues, and milestones.

• Monitor project budget and schedule, reporting any deviations or potential delays

• Conduct quality assurance checks on materials and workmanship.

• Ensure that all on-site operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

• Conduct regular site safety inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management

• Fresh Graduates from Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in industrial buildings construction like; Warehouses, Factories and Good class bungalow etc. will be preferred.

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, clients, Sub-Con, consultants, design team and project team etc.
