Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day management activities to enable organizational performance, culture, and growth.
Collaborate with other Heads of Department to support management strategies and implementation.
Identify relevant government grants, subsidies, rebates, and other financial incentives; work with Management and Finance to capitalize on incentives that support company growth.
Administer performance management processes (goal setting, KPIs, reviews, feedback).
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the Singapore headquarters, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
Work with subsidiary HR personnel to design and deliver training and development initiatives that close skill gaps and support leadership development.
Prepare, review, and submit grant and incentive applications.
Track application timelines, deliverables, and reporting schedules; ensure timely compliance with grant terms and audit readiness.
Oversee administrative operations of the Singapore office and provide support to subsidiary offices as required.
Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies.
Perform any other HR, administrative, or management-related duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR, administration, operations, or a related role.
Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with government agencies, grants, policies, and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
