Programme & Admin Assistant - #1162854

We are looking for a caring, organised and proactive Programme & Admin Assistant to support the daily operations and programmes of our Senior Care Centre (SCC). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, coordinating activities, and providing administrative support in a meaningful care environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in collecting data, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes at the Centre.

2. Maintain accurate records of clients’ attendance and follow up with family members when required.

3. Ensure caregivers accompanying client comply with centre guidelines and infection control practices.

4. Coordinate client transport schedules with the operations team.

5. Supervise and support activities and programmes for clients at the Centre.

6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of experience in an eldercare setting.

2. Certification in eldercare or an equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

3. A team player who is also able to work independently.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
