Contracts Manager - #1162844

Our client is an international main contractor who is renowned with building & public civil infrastructure projects. They are looking for a Contracts Manager for a MRT project.

Location: West area, 5 days work week 9am - 6pm.

Job Description:

• Manages and lead QS on post-contractual matters

• Familiar with primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning costs

• Familiar with EOT and claim process

• Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery

• Identify and establish a commercial strategy that maximizes time and cost claims

• Project administration and documentation, valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations

• Ensure delivering a successful project within budget, cost and the stipulated time frame.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field

• Possesses at least 8 years of QS project experience

• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
