Job Responsibilities

• Engage prospective individual learners and corporate clients to understand their training and certification needs

• Recommend suitable education and training programmes while guiding clients through the enrolment process

• Manage and grow a sales pipeline through lead generation, follow-ups, consultations, and conversions

• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, career fairs, and corporate events to promote programmes and build business opportunities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients while achieving enrolment targets and business objectives
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in education, training, course consultancy, or consultative sales environments

• Familiar with training grants, funding schemes, enrolment processes, or government-supported education programmes

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple client engagements independently
