Continuos Improvement Manager (Aerospace) - #1162830

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence and business performance improvements within an aerospace OEM/MRO environment. This role will lead Lean transformation initiatives, process optimization, and cross-functional improvement projects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

• Act as a business partner to site leadership to drive step-change improvements in operational and financial performance

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives

• Establish CI frameworks, structures, and governance across the organization

Project Leadership & Execution

• Identify, deploy, and lead CI projects delivering measurable operational and financial results

• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Ensure successful completion and sustainability of improvement projects

Lean & Operational Excellence

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies to optimize processes

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and support functions

• Stay updated with best practices in process optimization and industrial engineering

Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement

• Train, coach, and guide teams on CI tools and methodologies

• Engage stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sustainable improvements

Data & Performance Analysis

• Use data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Monitor KPIs and track performance improvements

• Support decision-making through structured analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving business performance improvements in manufacturing or aerospace environments

• Proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives

• Strong knowledge of Lean tools, Theory of Constraints, and CI methodologies

• Six Sigma certification is an advantage

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret operational data and KPIs
