Customer Service Officer (5 days, Fulltime with Bonus) - #1162808

Summary:

• Salary range: $2600-$2800 (Based on experience)

• 5 days (includes weekends)
  Fixed off on Monday, Flexible off on another day
  Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm or 1pm to 9:30pm (depend on the schedule)
  Saturday to Sunday: 8:30am to 6:30pm

• Location: Short walking distance from Marine Parade

• Industry: Chinese enrichment and tuition centre

• Yearly increment & Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greet students and parents, and assist them with basic information.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries about classes and schedules.

• Support student registration, admission, and collect tuition payments.

• Maintain and update student records for administrative purposes.

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Customer Service/ Reception/ Concierge/ Sales Admin/ Coordinator experience are welcome to apply.

• Able to work during weekends.
