Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand speaks to a new generation of romantics, achievers and self-gifters. As Senior Marketing Executive, Events, you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through well-executed marketing activations and events that connect customers with our jewellery collections and brand stories. Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, Events, you will help translate brand marketing strategies into impactful initiatives across brand events and retail activations. This includes boutique events, mall atrium activations, corporate staff sales and Public Relations-related events. You will contribute to bringing marketing campaigns and product launches to life through well-executed on-ground experiences that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement and retail performance.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive marketer who combines strong operational execution with creative thinking. As a senior member of the events team, you will help lead project workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a key operational support to the Assistant Marketing Manager, Events in driving the planning and execution of marketing events and retail activations.

What you’ll own

Event & Activation Planning

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events and activations aligned with key campaigns, product launches and seasonal retail moments which includes:

  • Boutique and in-store events

  • Mall atrium activations

  • Corporate office staff sales

  • Public Relations and media-related events in collaboration with the Marketing team

  • Managing event timelines, planning requirements and operational workflows to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.


Event Execution & Project Management

  • Take a hands-on role in managing the execution of brand events and activations, supporting all aspects from pre-event planning to on-ground management.

  • Coordinate event logistics including:

  • Event setup and programme flow

  • RSVP coordination and guest management

  • Event collateral and gifting preparation

  • Vendor coordination and installation timelines

  • On-site event management and troubleshooting

  • Work closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure events are executed seamlessly and aligned with brand standards.


Retail & Campaign Activations

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate brand campaigns and product launches into engaging retail activations and experiential moments.

  • Ensure event setups, visual displays and promotional activities support both brand storytelling and commercial objectives such as driving boutique traffic, customer engagement and sales.


Boutique Marketing & Promotional Collaterals

  • Support the development of marketing collaterals for tactical activations including:

  • Preparing artwork briefs for Creative team

  • Coordinating production of in-store POSM, event signages, promotional materials and activation visuals with Creative team

  • Ensuring brand consistency across boutique marketing materials

  • Work closely with Creative and Retail Operations teams to ensure materials are delivered on time for campaign launches and retail initiatives.


Public Relations Event Support

  • Support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of Public Relations and media-related events, including:

  • Media previews and product showcases

  • Influencer or stylist engagements

  • Campaign launch events

  • Assist with coordination of guest management, event logistics, gifting and on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.


Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Manage relationships with event vendors, production partners, venues and mall management teams.

  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and VM team on event setup, fabrication, logistics and installation to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with lifestyle brands/venues that extend brand reach and relevance.


Event Performance Tracking

  • Prepare post-event reporting by tracking key outcomes such as:

  • RSVP sign-ups, event attendance and engagement

  • Gift redemptions

  • Retail traffic or sales performance during activations

  • Feedback from inter-dept teams

  • Provide insights to improve future activations and event strategies.


Competencies Required

  • Event & Activation Management
    Strong understanding of event planning and retail activations, with the ability to translate campaign ideas into engaging on-ground experiences.

  • Project & Operational Execution
    Demonstrates strong capability in managing event timelines, logistics and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Builds strong working relationships with internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality brand events.

  • Leadership & Initiative
    Able to take ownership of event workstreams, guide junior team members and support the Assistant Marketing Manager in delivering key marketing initiatives.

  • Attention to Detail
    Ensures high standards of brand presentation across event setups, promotional collaterals and experiential activations.


The portfolio you’ll build here

  • A portfolio of experiential marketing activations that bring Goldheart’s campaigns and collections to life across boutiques, malls and event spaces.

  • Hands-on experience planning and executing boutique events, atrium activations, corporate staff sales and Public Relations-related events.

  • Experience translating brand campaigns into retail activations and customer engagement experiences.

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience working with Marketing, Creative, Retail Operations, Merchandising and external vendors.

  • Operational expertise in managing event logistics, vendor coordination and on-ground execution.


About you

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related field.

  • Proven experience executing brand events, retail activations or campaign launches.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Experience coordinating vendors, production partners and event logistics.

  • Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in dynamic event environments.

  • A strong interest in lifestyle marketing, brand storytelling and experiential marketing.
