About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive on a 12-month contract to support our recruitment efforts across various functions within the organisation.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire quality talent. You will play a key role in delivering an efficient hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience, and supporting talent attraction initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
Source and engage candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, provide market insights, and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs
Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability, competencies, and alignment with business requirements
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and reports within the HR system
Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, employer branding activities, and talent pipeline initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Has at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume, or multi-stakeholder environment
Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment independently and handling multiple vacancies concurrently
A strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
Resourceful, proactive, and a fast learner who can quickly understand business needs and deliver quality hiring outcomes
