About the role
We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong customer service skills to become part of our corporate travel management services team.
Key responsibilities
Service corporate clients on their travel requirements
Support client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers & travel arrangers through email and call interactions
Be proactive and exercise creativity on flight & hotel options in responding to clients' travel requests
Support sourcing of group air for meeting & incentive groups
Provide after-hours customer support through shift rotation
About you
Minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools
Diploma or A level, IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial
Good communication skills in English, bilingual beneficial
Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player
Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
