Location: Tuas, Singapore
Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–6:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise customer service staff in order fulfilment.

• Liaise with customers on documentation, administration, and issue resolution.

• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery activities.

• Ensure KPIs for warehouse operations are achieved.

• Process customer billing invoices promptly.

• Prepare reports and analyse data using Microsoft Office.

• Conduct stock audits and cycle counts.

• Implement safety procedures, SOPs, quality controls, and process improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.

• Hands-on supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
