Singaporean ONLY Senior Accounts Executive (Diploma/Full Set/West) - #1162393

Job scopes:

 Verify GST treatment and billing information on invoices

 Cost allocations

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable

 Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy

 Support month-end and year-end closing processes

 Ensure all permits are accurate, complete, and compliant with MES licensing

requirements

 Provide administrative support to manager

 Mentor and provide guidance to juniors

Requirements:

 Minimum Diploma holder

 At least 3 -5 years of experience in full set accounting or finance, preferably with at least 1-2 years in a

senior or supervisory role

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

 Familiarity with accounting software (Globe 3) is a plus

 Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

 Strong organisational and time management skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 Positive work attitude
