Call Centre Agent
Location (Nearest MRT): Yio Chu Kang (Free Shuttle Bus @ Jurong & Chua Chu Kang)
Salary: Up to $2,600 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours + 1 Sat Half Day per month
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate cases when necessary.
Update customer records accurately and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
Minimum N level
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Relevant work experience in customer service and handling call enquiries will be advantageous
