Social Media & Marketing Executive - #1162651

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team.

This is not just a content posting role. We are looking for someone who can independently plan marketing campaigns, create attractive social media content, design marketing materials, and help drive sales growth through creative ideas and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Create and publish engaging social media content.

•⁠ ⁠Write captions and marketing copy.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor engagement and recommend content improvements.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

•⁠ ⁠Design attractive social media posts, stories, banners and promotional materials.

•⁠ ⁠Create marketing visuals independently using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.

•⁠ ⁠Produce simple short-form videos and reels for social media.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all content is aligned with the brand image.

Marketing & Campaigns

•⁠ ⁠Propose and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities.

•⁠ ⁠Generate ideas to increase sales and customer engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Research competitors and industry trends.

•⁠ ⁠Track campaign performance and provide recommendations.

E-Commerce & Brand Support

•⁠ ⁠Support product launches and promotional activities.

•⁠ ⁠Create marketing assets for online marketplaces, websites and retail partners.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!

•⁠ ⁠Experience in marketing, social media management and graphic design.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator.

•⁠ ⁠Good design sense and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Able to create professional-looking social media content independently.

•⁠ ⁠Strong written English.

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

•⁠ ⁠Video editing.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in retail, consumer products, toys, educational products, baby products or lifestyle brands.

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing social media content and design work.
