Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Arrange and coordinate vehicle servicing, repair and inspection appointments
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and vehicle status
Update customer and vehicle records in the system
Prepare administrative documents
Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop staff
Handle daily administrative and operational support duties
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to handle a high volume of appointments and enquiries
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Email
Responsible, organised and able to multitask
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Automotive industry experience is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,200.00 per month (depending on experience)

Work Time Profile:
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
