Supplier Quality Cum Quality Control Inspector - #1162712

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, approve, and monitor suppliers’ quality performance

• Manage supplier non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Support new supplier onboarding

• Conduct periodic supplier audits and follow-up actions

• Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams

• Maintain supplier quality records and reports

• Ensure products meet drawings and customer requirements

• Review supplier's inspection records and reports

JOB REQUIREMENT

• NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1 year experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality

• Experience in supplier audits and supplier management

• Preferable from oil and gas industry

• Good knowledge of API and ISO 9001

• Familiar with workplace health and safety

• Ability to conduct supplier audits, assessments, and evaluations

• Knowledge of root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)

• Understand incoming quality control (IQC) and material inspection processes

• Basic understanding of regulatory and customer requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused

• Good discipline and adherence to procedures
