About the role

Atop Aesthetics Pte Ltd is seeking a Beauty Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region. As a Beauty Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our aesthetic services and building brand awareness within the competitive beauty and wellness market. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email and print to promote aesthetic services and products

2. Create compelling marketing content including copywriting, graphics and multimedia assets that engage target audiences and communicate brand messaging effectively

3. Manage and optimise social media accounts, including content calendars, community engagement and performance analytics

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and customer preferences within the beauty and aesthetics industry

5. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, customer service and management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

6. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement

7. Support the development and implementation of promotional events, partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility

8. Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment

9. Liaise with external vendors, agencies and service providers to support marketing activities and campaigns

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

2. 2-4 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, healthcare or retail sectors

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing copy and messaging

4. Proficiency in social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands

5. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems

6. Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas

7. Excellent organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous

9. Understanding of the beauty, aesthetics or wellness industry is highly desirable

10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
